If your friends or family eventually convince them to go skydiving, it is probably a range of emotions: excitement, nervousness, euphoria, anticipation and even fear, pure and simple! All this is quite normal, especially when you consider that you have agreed to skip a aircraft and freefall at 120 mph in the air. If this is your first adventure, here's a summary of what to expect and some tips on how to improve your experience.
Some tips before you start
– Make sure you are old enough to jump! You must be 18 years to bail out, and even the presence of a parent's permission or the owners will be sufficient for it to go if you are minor. You must also be in good general condition and able to handle the high degree of effort that will happen. If you have questions whether or not you are physically fit and able to jump, ask your doctor before your departure. You will not be disappointed once they are there.
– Wear appropriate clothing for this activity. You do not want to wear sandals or other footwear inadequate: they want not to risk injury when you play, wear sneakers and when you are well. No restrictive clothing is a must: you do not wear seat belt tight, for example. Use whatever you feel most comfortable: the skydiving center will be able to provide details in advance if you call them.
– Do not worry you will not need to go "blind". Skydiving center will provide glasses that you can comfortably carry your glasses or contact lenses. However, for greater security, attach straps if you wear glasses.
What to Expect
Most beginners in choosing a parachute jump in tandem with an instructor, and is the most stress free, hassle free way to get his first shot.
